The Twelve Keys in Full
- Resting in awareness, beyond the struggle of control and powerlessness, we allow transformation to begin.
- Ceasing to cling to illusions or escape from reality, we accept the truth of our innate wholeness.
- Releasing our resistance to reality, we surrender to the wisdom already present within awareness and open to healing.
- Taking full responsibility for our thoughts, actions, and choices, we act with clarity and without self-judgment.
- Speaking the truth without distortion, we recognize honesty as the foundation of healing.
- Opening our hearts to what we have avoided, we find the courage to be fully present.
- Loosening the grip of the separate self, we discover our identity with all that is.
- Seeing through the eyes of those we have harmed, we find the willingness to make things right.
- Making amends where we can, we heal the separation that harm creates and return to the wholeness we share.
- Seeing clearly from moment to moment, without condemning ourselves or others, we notice when we lose sight of our wholeness and gently return.
- Looking past belief to what is directly here, we let clear seeing guide us toward wisdom beyond illusion.
- Recognizing our unity with all things, we discover that the love we were seeking is already here.

The Twelve Tenets in Full
- Embody the reality of unity: your recovery is the recovery of the group, and the group’s recovery is yours.
- Honor the group as a living process: change is how it grows.
- Embrace all who seek healing, recognizing that true healing arises in an open and inclusive space.
- Let each group organize itself, free of centralized control, while learning from and supporting the others as part of a living network.
- Recognize true service as the natural flow of awakening into action.
- Keep the mission of healing above all else: let purpose, not profit, guide every decision.
- Sustain the group through mutual support, knowing that sufficiency comes from within.
- Tend the group’s interpersonal space with care, for the quality of presence shapes the quality of healing.
- Allow leadership to emerge where it is needed, then flow on to others.
- Speak with honesty and authenticity, ensuring that NR is shared with the world through our principles, not personal agendas.
- Choose words with care, remembering that communication shapes both perception and connection.
- Practice anonymity as the recognition that no separate self exists, honoring both the dissolution of ego and each person’s right to choose how visible to be.
